Throughout my Management class, I worked with two other classmates on various assignments ranging from small case study write-ups to the final presentation and paper. I had no previous work experience with these two classmates, so it was crucial that we established immediate rapport and trust. Working with these two classmates was a positive experience and I find that working with people with whom I do not have a close relationship as an important skill when I enter the workforce. I will most likely work with many individuals inside of the company I work with as well as clients from outside of the firm. When I enter the workforce I will feel confident in my ability to build close bonds with a wide variety of different people.
